Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
• The product is in its original packaging.
• The product isn’t used or damaged.
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.

The Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Your Return

• Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Tracking: If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately for assistance. We will provide a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) for items that arrive in poor condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as:

• Gift cards.
• Downloadable software products.
• Personalized or custom-made goods.
